I think Boomer and Dottie enjoyed their Christmasâ¦
There were lots of little pieces of newspaper lying around after Dottie was finishedâ¦
Boomer was content to just chew on the corner of a package until he realized it had something in itâ¦
But, the hardest part was sitting still for a picture with all the prezzies afterwards⦠they just wanted to play and eat their yummies!
This is part of a blog hop, check it out!
Reblogged from Tales of Life with Cats and Dogs:
âTis the night before Christmas and all through the town,
every shelter is full â we are lost, but not found.
Our numbers are hung on our kennels so bare,
we hope every minute that someone will care.
Theyâll come to adopt us and give us the call,
âCome here, Max and Sparkie â come fetch your new ball!!
But now we sit here and think of the days..
The stockings have been hung with careâ¦
Boomer has been bribed with treats to sit for a holiday photoâ¦
Dottie has reluctantly agreed to be a model also as long as the same treats are involvedâ¦
And, their prezzies have been placed under the tree ready to be opened in the morningâ¦
The only thing left to do is to wish my readers one and all a very Happy Christmasâ¦
I know itâs only Christmas Eve but I hope you have a wonderful holiday tomorrow and enjoy the time you get to spend with your family, friends and of course your pups.
Waiting by the tree⦠itâs so tough to wait for prezzies⦠especially when they are wrapped and sitting under the tree!
We wrap their prezzies in newspaper for a reason. Theyâre the free adverts that we get in the mail so we use them to wrap the prezzies, the dogs can shred them and then they can go in the recycle bin like they would the rest of the year. This way we donât have to use the more expensive wrapping paper and the adverts can at least have a purpose!
Do you wrap prezzies for your dog too?
