Each month the O.C. team features one of the dogs at our L.A. kennel. This month, it’s a handsome boy named Jimmy.

Jimmy came to BRLA in February of 2010. After a brief stay in a foster home, he was adopted and went to what was supposed to be his forever home. Unfortunately, he went to a home with two cats. When Jimmy and the cats didn’t hit it off, Jimmy was returned to BRLA a few months later and is now staying at BRLA’s Sun Valley Kennel. When Jimmy first came to BRLA he was reactive towards other dogs. BRLA trainers went right to work and while he’s much better now, Jimmy will probably never be dog park material. Don’t get us wrong, Jimmy’s definitely a fun, people-loving lug of a guy, but he’d do best in a home where he’ll be the only pet. He’s sweet, energetic, and eager to please.
